Manchester United Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Anthony Martial, Jose Fonte

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly hoping to capitalise on Anthony Martial’s struggle to establish himself as a regular starter for Manchester United under Jose Mourinho and want to bring him back to France.

That’s according to the Sun’s Daniel Cutts, who also relayed comments from a “United source” who said: “It is well known PSG are very keen if the club does consider selling. He has been dropped recently against Feyenoord and West Ham and has generally struggled for form.”

The 20-year-old arrived from Monaco in the summer of 2015 and enjoyed a sensational debut season at Old Trafford, notching 17 goals and nine assists in all competitions. 

Martial has played 14 times for the Red Devils this season, but just 386 of his 802 minutes on the pitch have come in the Premier League.

However, he put in an outstanding showing against West Ham United in the EFL Cup on Wednesday as he netted an impressive brace in a 4-1 quarter-final victory, per United’s official Twitter feed:
