EricGilchrese American Eric Gilchrese (183-PG-87) had a very impressive game in the last round for Baerum Basket and that’s him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 10.The 29-year old playmaker recorded a triple-double of 21 points adding also twelve rebounds and ten assists, while his team beat Persbraten (#10, 1-9) 95-89. Baerum Basket is placed at 3rd position in Norwegian BLNO. They would have been even better if they hadn’t lost a few games earlier this season. Baerum Basket will need more victories to improve their 8-4 record. In the team’s last game Gilchrese had a remarkable 55.6% from 2-point range. He turned to be Baerum Basket’s top player in his first season with the team. University of New Hampshire graduate has very impressive stats this year. Gilchrese is league’s best passer with 6.5apg. Gilchrese is in league’s top in and averages solid 4.0spg and 53.3% FGP.
