Vernon Teel 29-year old guard Vernon Teel (193-G-87) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Maccabi H/H and receives a Eurobasket.com National League Player of the Week award for round 8.He had a double-double of 29 points and 14 rebounds, while his team edged out Ramat Hasharon (3-5) 85-82. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Maccabi H/H is placed at 10th position in Israeli National League.
