Denver Broncos fullback Andy Janovich’s season is over after the rookie suffered an ankle injury during his team’s Week 12 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night, Mike Klis of 9News reported Wednesday.

Per Troy Renck of Denver7, Janovich had surgery on his ankle, and the team has placed him on the injured reserve list.
Denver selected Janovich in the sixth round out of Nebraska. In 11 games, he rushed for 33 yards and caught five passes for an additional 44 yards.
