Andre Drummond Ejected for Flagrant-2 Foul for Elbowing Roy Hibbert

As if playing three games in five days wasn’t difficult enough, the Detroit Pistons were dealt a blow in the second quarter of Tuesday night’s game against the Charlotte Hornets when center Andre Drummond was assessed a flagrant-2 foul and ejected.
According to Fox Sports Hornets, Drummond was tossed after he elbowed Hornets center Roy Hibbert in the back of the head:
