Source: Cespedes, Mets agree to 4-year deal

Yoenis Cespedes is staying in New York, a source tells MLB.com’s Jon Paul Morosi on Tuesday.
FOX Sports’ Ken Rosenthal first reported that the Mets reached a deal with the free-agent outfielder, pending a physical. Terms of the contract, which is the biggest deal in Mets history, are for four years and $110 million, along with a full no-trade clause. The club has not confirmed.
Cespedes will get $22.5 million in 2017, $29 million in ’18, $29 million in ’19 and $29.5 million in ’20, according to Jon Heyman of MLB Network.
