Three out of Liverpool tie

Liverpool will go into Tuesday’s EFL Cup quarter-final against Leeds without Adam Lallana, Philippe Coutinho and Daniel Sturridge.
The Reds are waiting to discover the extent of the ankle injury Coutinho suffered during Saturday’s 2-0 win against Sunderland.
The Brazilian had a scan on Monday and is out of Tuesday’s tie, and Jurgen Klopp will have neither Lallana nor Sturridge back to soften the blow.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Klopp said: “You know about Philippe. We will know more this afternoon. Adam is close to being back in team training but he won’t be ready. Daniel isn’t in team training.”
