La Liga Table 2016: Sunday’s Week 13 Results and Updated Standings

Barcelona dropped six points back from La Liga leaders Real Madrid as they drew 1-1 against Real Sociedad on Sunday but were quite fortunate to take even a point away from the Anoeta Stadium.
Villarreal fell to their second defeat in as many La Liga matches, as they were downed 2-0 at home by Alaves, and Atletico Madrid took advantage to leapfrog them into fourth place after a 3-0 away win at lowly Osasuna.
Meanwhile, Celta Vigo beat bottom-of-the-table Granada 3-1 to move up into ninth.
