Injury rules Shahid out of BPL

Mohammad Shahid has been ruled out of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League after injuring his right knee during Dhaka Dynamites’ 32-run win against Comilla Victorians on Saturday. He was hurt trying to field a ball near the boundary where he fell badly.
The injury also put him in doubt for Bangladesh’s training camp in Australia in mid-December ahead of their tour to New Zealand, as he has to rest for the next two weeks notwithstanding the full recovery period.
