Second win of the Whitewater XL series for Anton and Tunka

26/11/2016 – The Whitewater XL race series in Auckland, New Zealand, is slowly coming to an end. In the penultimate event of the series – Saturday’s canoe slalom final – Czech kayaker Ondrej Tunka and German canoeist Franz Anton recorded their second wins of the series. The race series will conclude with boater cross event.
This was actually the third podium position for Franz Anton this week in Auckland. German paddler was the fastest in the first canoe slalom race, then finished just behind Matej Benuš during the second competition day, and once again reached the top position in Saturday’s C1M final.
