This afternoon’s meetings at Newcastle and Bangor both go ahead after two inspections.
A cold night meant an initial 8am check was called at Newcastle and while officials were optimistic, that proved “inconclusive”, prompting another look at 9.45am after giving temperatures the chance to rise.
