Robson-Kanu ready to defy FIFA

Wales and West Brom striker Hal Robson-Kanu has vowed to wear a poppy to the FIFA Puskas awards in January.
Robson-Kanu, 27, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Puskas award which recognises the best goal scored in 2016.
The West Brom forward’s magnificent Cruyff-turn and strike during Wales’ Euro 2016 quarter final with Belgium has been acknowledged on a 10-man shortlist alongside the likes of Lionel Messi and Neymar.
Now, the former Reading man has declared that he will wear a poppy to the awards in response to FIFA’s disciplinary action against the football Association of Wales (FAW).
