Ranieri: Vardy drought ‘strange’

Claudio Ranieri hopes Jamie Vardy’s “strange” goal drought is coming to an end after the striker started scoring again in training.
Leicester host Middlesbrough at the King Power Stadium and are trying to arrest their struggling league form after qualifying for the Champions League knockout stages in midweek.
Vardy has not scored in 14 games for the Foxes and Ranieri has revealed he has not been scoring in training during this goal-drought either.
But the Leicester boss said: “Today, he started to score in the training session and this is good news, because before he didn’t.
“How many games he didn’t score? 14? It’s very close that he’s been missing …
