The January transfer window is fast approaching – but which Premier League players could be on the move this winter?
Here, we take a look at the Sky Bet transfer special odds to see which players are being linked with moves away in January.
Memphis Depay
In November, Everton boss Ronald Koeman said of Manchester United midfielder Memphis Depay: “If there is any opportunity [to sign him] then of course I’m interested. I was interested at Southampton, that has not changed. We have to be patient but we will do business in January.”
Depay has played just 20 minutes for Jose Mourinho in the Premier League this season and has struggled to recapture the form he showed during his title-winning season with PSV in 2014/15, which led to his £25m switch to Old Trafford in summer of 2015. Sky Bet have him as 5/4 to be playing at Everton by February 2017 – he’s just 2/1 to still be a United player when the window closes.
Cesc Fabregas
Cesc Fabregas has found first-team football hard to come by under Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte with injuries and form playing a part, although the Italian is insistent that the former Arsenal midfielder will not be moving before the end of the window.
