Vincent Kompany Injury: Manchester City Star out ‘Weeks’ After Injuring Knee

The recent woes of Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany have continued, after the defender picked up a new knee injury.
Journalist Kristof Terreur reported the latest injury to the Belgium international, which was confirmed by Sky Blues coach Pep Guardiola. The Spaniard said his skipper will be out for “weeks” with the fresh knee issue.
At his best, Kompany adds so much to this City team. In defensive terms he spots danger, wins physical battles and loves a challenge, although he’s also adept at distributing from the base of the side.
