ChrisSingleton American Forward Chris Singleton (206-F-89) put on an amazing game in the last round for Panathinaikos, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 7.The 27-year old player was the main contributor (16 points, eight rebounds and two assists) to his team’s victory, helping them to beat Aris (#7, 3-4) 71-59. Panathinaikos maintains the 3rd position in Greek A1. They are still close to the very top. Panathinaikos would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 6-1 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Singleton as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Chris Singleton averages this season 10.6ppg and 5.3rpg. The second best player in last round’s games was 32-year old Bosnia and Herzegovina Edin Bavcic (209-F/C-84, agency: BeoBasket) of Apollon Patras.
