Liverpool Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Julian Brandt and Ante Coric

Bayer Leverkusen sporting director Rudi Voller has said he believes Julian Brandt is “very well” at the club, despite reported interest in the winger from Liverpool.
Melissa Reddy of Goal reported the talented youngster is “one of the possibilities” Jurgen Klopp is considering to add to his Anfield squad after the Reds boss admitted he does “not have too many wingers,” especially as Sadio Mane will miss action due to international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations in January.
Voller spoke out about the attacker, and said he is content with life at Leverkusen, but the team will “move on” if Brandt opts to leave—as quoted by Stuart Ballard of the Express:
“We know what Julian’s contract looks like and we know he is feeling very well here,” said Voller. “It would not be the first time a player reaches a stage where he wants to leave. I hope it will not happen with Julian, but we will just move on if it happens.”
The 20-year-old has two goals and three assists from his eight Bundesliga starts this term, according to WhoScored.com.
