The NFL action gets started early in Week 12 thanks to three high-quality games on Thanksgiving Day.
We have gotten used to overlooked Thursday night battles, but with the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions in first place, the holiday hosts will make sure things stay interesting in divisional battles. Meanwhile, the rest of the weekend slate features several close battles that could be decided by a single big play.
With all 32 teams in action, it will be a busy week you don’t want to miss.
Top Games to Watch Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions
The Minnesota Vikings were arguably the best teams in the NFL for the first month before becoming one of the worst for the next month.
The 5-0 start was quickly followed by four losses in a row where the team looked lost on both sides of the ball. However, the squad was able to bounce back in Week 11, thanks in part to non-offensive touchdowns.
Jon Krawczynski of the Associated Press noted the turnaround:

You can’t rely on these types of plays, but forcing turnovers goes a long way, and this defense can do that.
Detroit quarterback Matthew Stafford has done a good job of avoiding turnovers this season with only five interceptions to 18 touchdowns in 2016. However, now that this Vikings defense is back near full strength, he will be under pressure all game long and is bound to make a mistake or two.
