Momen Soliman was Zamalek’s sixth coach this year
Egyptian club Zamalek have appointed Mohamed Salah as new head coach after finally parting company with Momen Soliman.
Soliman threw in the towel following the Cairo-based team’s 1-0 win over bottom side Tanta in the domestic league on Friday.
Despite the win, which left them sixth in the league, outspoken chairman Mortada Mansour lambasted Soliman and his technical staff for the team’s “poor display”.
