Anichebe is ‘a young Drogba’

David Moyes said Sunderland striker Victor Anichebe was like “a young Drogba” after his two goals against Hull City.
The 28-year-old scored with two powerful second-half shots to give the Black Cats a second successive Premier League win, this time by a 3-0 scoreline, and move them off the bottom of the table.
Anichebe was also on target in the 2-1 win at Bournemouth before the international break and his performance against Hull drew high praise from his manager, who picked him up on a free transfer in September after he failed to score for the entire of last season with West Brom.
