Romine wins Tigers’ Tenth Man Award

DETROIT — Andrew Romine, who played every position but catcher this season as the Tigers’ super-utility player, has been selected as the winner for the 2016 Bill McAdam Tenth Man Award by the Detroit Baseball Society.
Romine will receive the award at the annual Detroit Baseball Dinner, set for Jan. 21 at 6 p.m. ET at the MotorCity Casino Hotel.
