Mark Ingram’s injury-plagued career continues, as the New Orleans Saints running back is battling a possible concussion after he departed Thursday’s game against the Carolina Panthers with a head injury.

Latest on Ingram’s Status Friday, Nov. 18
According to the Saints’ official Twitter account, Ingram was being evaluated in the concussion protocol when he left the game and did not return.
Injuries have been the defining aspect of Ingram’s career. He was a first-round draft pick out of Alabama in 2011 but has only managed to play all 16 games in a season just once, in 2012.
