Derrick Rose’s Accuser Files Appeal: Latest Details, Comments and Reaction

The ex-girlfriend of Derrick Rose filed an appeal with the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday, a month after a judge cleared the New York Knicks guard and two of his friends, whom she accused of rape, per the Associated Press (h/t ESPN.com).
On Oct. 19, Julia Marsh of the New York Post reported Rose and his co-defendants were cleared of all charges in the civil lawsuit in Los Angeles, but the AP noted the appeal “says pertinent evidence was excluded and jury instructions were tainted.”
