Why the Bears can cover the spread

Chicago looks to rebound this week from a 36-10 loss at Tampa last week. The Bears fell down 7-0 nine minutes in on one of those classic Jay Cutler pick-sixes, but actually only trailed 17-10 thanks to a Cutler Hail Mary connection with Cameron Meredith on the final play of the first half.
