Adams Sets Packers Franchise Record with 25 Receptions in 2 Games

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams set a new franchise record for most receptions over a two-game stretch, catching 25 combined passes in a Week 7 win over the Chicago Bears and Week 8 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, per ESPN.com’s Rob Demovsky.
Previously held to five or fewer receptions in every contest this season, Adams has recently taken advantage of a slew of injuries to his teammates, with running backs Eddie Lacy and James Starks notably dealing with long-term ailments.
