Sir Bobby Charlton, Ashington Adidas Tribute Shoes Selling for Hundreds on eBay

Adidas’ new “Ashington” trainers—named after the Northumberland town in which Sir Bobby Charlton grew up—are being sold for up to £349 on eBay after many sizes sold out.
That’s according to the Chronicle’s Keiran Southern, who reported the trainers honouring the Manchester United legend were released on October 27 and were not available online—they could only be purchased at Adidas megastores in Manchester and London, for £89.
