Ukraine – Berozhkin’s 23 points give him Higher League Player of the Week award

OleksiyMomotenko 19-year old center Dmitro Berozhkin (206-C-97) had a great game in the last round for league’s best team Azovmash and receives a Eurobasket.com Higher League Player of the Week award for round 4.He had the game-high 23 points adding five rebounds and two assists for Azovmash in his team’s victory, helping them to outclass Kremen-2 (#5, 1-3) with 30-point margin 88-58. It allowed Azovmash to consolidate first place in the Ukrainian Higher League. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Azovmash already had a very good start winning all 4 without losing a single one. In the team’s last game Berozhkin had a remarkable 81.8% from 2-point range. He turned to be Azovmash’s top player in his first season with the team.
