Tebow exits Fall League game with right knee injury

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Mets outfielder Tim Tebow left Monday’s Arizona Fall League game in the bottom of the fourth inning with a right knee injury.
Tebow had reached on a fielder’s choice and then attempted to steal his second base of the Fall League. He was thrown out by Orioles catcher Austin Wynns and slid awkwardly into second base. Tebow popped up holding his right leg. He walked off on his own gingerly and was replaced in left field by the Phillies’ Aaron Brown. He went to have his knee checked out by a doctor, with the …
