Brazil beat Argentina in S. American U20 C’ship; will face Peru for title

Uberaba, Brazil, October 29, 2016 – Brazil defeated Argentina 3-1 (25-22, 25-14, 23-25, 25-20) at the U20 Women’s South American Championship on Saturday and will play Peru to decide the title and who gets a berth in the FIVB World Championship in 2017.
Peru cruised past Paraguay in straight sets (25-9, 25-15, 25-10) in the first match of the fourth day, making sure they would finish among the top three teams. Kiara Montes and Claudia Palza topped the scorers with 13 points each.
