Fernando Augusto, Garry Tonon Victorious in Polaris 4 Featured Fights

Rising jiu-jitsu promotion Polaris returned on Saturday with another event and it’s safe to say that Polaris 4 might have been the best one yet for the U.K.-based show. Headlining the event, which took place at the Lighthouse Centre in Poole, Dorsett, England, was a rematch 15 years in the making as Vitor Ribeiro took on Fernando Augusto da Silva in the lone gi match of the main card. As expected, the duel came down to the wire as the match was as competitive as ever, but “Terere” was the one who had his hand raised in triumph.The two Brazilian legends fought tooth and nail for position throughout the allotted 15 minutes, with neither man budging an inch.
