Santana HR, errors fuel Tribe’s 2-run second

CHICAGO — Not only had there not been a lead change in this World Series; there hadn’t been one in the last 14 completed postseason games.
The Indians changed that in a wild top of the second in Game 4 to take a 2-1 lead on Saturday night at Wrigley Field. After the Cubs had taken a 1-0 edge on Anthony Rizzo’s RBI single off Corey Kluber in the first, the Tribe responded with Carlos Santana’s solo shot off John Lackey to open the second.
