Warburton dismisses Wigan link

Mark Warburton is “absolutely bemused’ by reports linking him with the managerial vacancy at Wigan.
The Rangers boss is reportedly on a Wigan shortlist along with former MK Dons boss Karl Robinson and Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs to replace Gary Caldwell.
However, Warburton, whose side are currently fifth in the Scottish Premiership, nine points adrift of leaders Celtic, is mystified to be linked with the Latics.
“I am absolutely bemused where these reports come from,” said Warburton “I am amazed they even make the papers.”
