Iman Shumpert Injury: Updates on Cavaliers SG’s Possible Concussion and Return

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert was taken out of the team’s first game of the year against the New York Knicks after taking a hard hit to the head.

Shumpert Hurt in Game 1 Tuesday, Oct. 25
According to Joe Gabriele of the team’s official site, Shumpert was removed from Tuesday game and will not return after suffering a head injury.
The guard had two points, three assists and two rebounds in 14 minutes before the injury.
