Leeds beat Norwich on penalties

Leeds are into the EFL Cup quarter-finals after beating Norwich 3-2 on penalties following a 2-2 draw at Elland Road.

The hosts twice came from behind to level 1-1 at full-time and then 2-2 after spending the entirety of extra-time with 10 men.

Alex Pritchard fired the Canaries ahead with his first goal for the club before Marcus Antonsson levelled from close-range before half-time, but Lewie Cook was forced off with injury at the final whistle with Leeds having used all their substitutes.
