Swiss Indoors Basel 2016: Tuesday Tennis Scores, Results, Updated Draw Schedule

Stanislas Wawrinka recovered from a nervy start to complete a comeback victory over Marco Chiudinelli and bag his place in the second round of the 2016 Swiss Indoors in Basel, Switzerland.
The home favourite and tournament top seed emerged a 6-7(1), 6-1, 6-4 victor after being put to the sword early on by his underdog opponent, coming close to a first-round upset in the process.
Second seed Milos Raonic was an early departure from the tournament and exited at the first hurdle following his 6-3, 3-6, 3-6 defeat to Ricardas Berankis, while Florian Mayer closed out a 6-1, 6-7(2), 6-4 win against Benoit Paire.
Earlier in the day, Paire’s French compatriot Nicolas Mahut also left the competition after losing to Paolo Lorenzi 6-4, 7-6(4), while sixth seed Grigor Dimitrov dropped at the hands of Luxembourg’s Gilles Muller.
