Cards announce $220M Phase 2 for Ballpark Village

The Cardinals announced plans on Tuesday morning for a $220 million second phase of Ballpark Village, St. Louis’ dining and entertainment district located adjacent to Busch Stadium.
The 550,000-square-foot addition will create thousands of jobs and include the construction of a 29-story luxurious high-rise residential building and additional retail, restaurant and entertainment facilities. The project will also add the first new Class A office building in downtown St. Louis since 1989.
