Belgium – Belgian Scooore League round 5 best performance: Gavin Ware

Gavin Ware American Gavin Ware (206-C/F-93) had a very impressive game in the last round for top-ranked Antwerp, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 5.The 23-year old player had a double-double of 24 points and 11 rebounds, while his team beat Spirou (#10, 1-4) 92-82. It allowed Antwerp to consolidate first place in the Belgian Scooore League. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Antwerp already had a very good start winning all 5 without losing a single one. Ware turned to be Antwerp’s top player in his first season with the team.
