Pep plays down City inquest

Pep Guardiola joked it was “good red wine” that kept him locked in Manchester City’s dressing-room for 50 minutes after Sunday’s draw with Southampton.
City’s players did not emerge until long after the 1-1 draw had left Guardiola without a win in five games for just the second time in his managerial career.
But the City boss played down the importance of the post-match inquest, insisting it was “nothing special”.
