Barcelona win thriller against Veszprem; Kiel needed two wake-up calls

THW Kiel won their third group match against Kadetten in a match which ended much closer than expected, but the German side will be happy to get the two points right before the brief break of the VELUX EHF Champions League. Playing at home, they first needed a wake-up call by their coach Alfred Gislason to turn the match against Swiss side Schaffhausen around and then another one to seal the deal.
