Pomi Casalmaggiore keep composure against hosts

Manila, Philippines, October 20, 2016 – Pomi Casalmaggiore contained their errors in the third frame to defeat the hosts PSL-F2 Logistics Manila at the FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship at the Mall of Asia Arena on Thursday.
Giovanni Caprara, Pomi Casalmaggiore coach: “I’m completely satisfied with the match because we won 3-0. We can play in the semifinals, which is our goal. I have incredible satisfaction and we want to play better in the semifinals.
“We are ready to play in the semifinals and first place doesn’t matter. Volero (Zurich) are a very strong team because they are taller than us, so it will be very difficult to play against them, we have to play quickly.
“I like the Filipina setter. She played incredible and quickly and very difficult to counter.
“I would like to see my team play better match by match, and we want to enjoy our semifinals with smiles and power.”
