The United States women’s national team will welcome Switzerland to Utah on Wednesday for the first of two back-to-back friendly matchups between the two teams.

The Stars and Stripes have had a chance to lick their wounds after an embarrassing early finish at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics and have since sealed successive wins over Thailand and the Netherlands.

Switzerland were not present in Brazil this past summer, but the Europeans have managed to keep clean sheets in each of their last three games, and a win over the United States is always a welcome boost.

A sizeable 14 positions separate these two outfits in the official FIFA world rankings coming into Wednesday’s duel as the No. 1-ranked United States hope to defend their borders against the Swiss invaders.
