Hales handed Gigginstown boost

Trainer Eddie Hales has received a major boost after he was sent 15 horses from Gigginstown House Stud.
The County Tipperary-based handler has previous links with the leading owners, having sold them Cheltenham Gold Cup hero Don Cossack.
Hales said: “It was a very nice surprise. I’ve known Eddie (O’Leary, Gigginstown racing manager) for a good while and he just rang me out of the blue and asked me if I had any room.
“Obviously it didn’t take me long to answer.
