Grendisar is on course to start the new all-weather campaign in the Churchill Stakes at his happy-hunting ground of Lingfield on November 12.
The 10-furlong Listed contest is a fast-track qualifier for All-Weather Championships on Good Friday.
The Marco Botti-trained entire will bid to go one better than 12 months ago when he was a fast-finishing second to Let’s Go.
