Frankie Gavin says his boxing brain will take the Birmingham bragging rights away from Sam Eggington.
The former world title challenger takes on his local welterweight rival at the Barclaycard Arena on Saturday, live on Sky Sports.
The pair were supposed to fight almost a year ago to the day on October 15, only for the showdown to fall through the week before.
Eggington beat late replacement Dale Evans on the night but went on to lose his British and Commonwealth titles to Bradley Skeete and with the WBC International welterweight title on the line, Gavin is confident he will have too much for his city rival.
