TORONTO — Indians cleanup man Mike Napoli woke from his slumber at an opportune time, delivering a two-out RBI double against Blue Jays right-hander Marcus Stroman for a 1-0 lead in the first inning of Game 3 of the American League Championship Series on Monday night.
