Dak Prescott Comments on QB Competition with Tony Romo

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott isn’t going to rock the boat when it comes to the potential battle between him and Tony Romo for the starting job.
“This is Tony’s team,” Prescott said Wednesday, according to Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News. “I knew that going into the situation—just trying to give my team a chance to win week in and week out.”
The rookie added that he doesn’t envision a midseason switch causing problems with his teammates, per the Dallas Morning News’ Brandon George: “I think there would be no problem in this locker room.”
On Monday, Bleacher Report’s Jason Cole reported the plan in Dallas is for Romo to take over when he’s healthy, but Prescott is inspiring more confidence from the team:
