Hungary – David Vojvoda’s triple-double lands him Player of the Week award

DavidVojvoda 26-year old swingman David Vojvoda (196-G/F-90) had an amazing evening in the last round for Szolnok and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 1.He recorded a triple-double of 16 points adding also 10 rebounds and 12 assists, while his team beat PVSK Pannon (#11, 0-1) 86-71. Szolnok is placed at 6th position in Hungarian league. But it’s just the very beginning of the season and Szolnok won just one (their first) game. It’s too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. In the team’s last game Vojvoda had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Szolnok, through which he has constantly improved. Vojvoda has impressive league stats.Second best performed player last round was Ryan Watkins (206-C/F-91, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) of Atomeromu.
