Reds send five to Triple-A Louisville

CINCINNATI — The Reds made five housekeeping moves on Monday that cleared space from their 40-man roster.
Outfielder Tyler Holt, right-handed starting pitcher Jon Moscot, reliever Matt Magill, catcher Raffy Lopez and utility player Patrick Kivlehan all cleared waivers and were sent outright to Triple-A Louisville.
Holt, Magill and Lopez will become Minor League free agents after the World Series. The club noted that Moscot and Kivlehan will remain in the organization and be assigned to Louisville’s roster.
