OAKLAND — Third baseman Ryon Healy’s rise from Double-A Midland to the big leagues and his consistent play throughout has deservingly earned him half share of the A’s Prospects of the Year nod.

Healy, deemed Player of the Year, holds the honor with right-hander Daniel Gossett, named Pitcher of the Year.
