Dolph Ziggler defeated The Miz to become the new WWE Intercontinental Champion at tonight’s No Mercy pay-per-view from Sacramento, California. Ziggler’s career was on the line.
Ziggler is now a five-time Intercontinental Champion. The Miz won the title back on April 4th at RAW in Dallas, Texas.
Tonight’s match saw interference from Maryse plus Kenny and Mikey of The Spirit Squad but Ziggler beat the odds and won the title.
